About the role
The Multifamily Housing Practice Group represents lenders in the multifamily housing industry, closing loans secured by multifamily properties and delivering those loans to secondary market investors. The Legal Practice Assistant (LPA) supports multiple attorneys in this practice group.
Responsibilities
- Draft complex loan documents and prepare required signature pages in compliance with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and client-specific requirements.
- Generate blackline document comparisons to identify and track revisions.
- Implement revisions to loan documents based on detailed and precise instructions from attorneys and applicable lenders.
- Aid in the maintenance and updating of Multifamily Housing attorney deal tracking spreadsheets.
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external client inquiries, seeking feedback and follow-up as appropriate.
- Contribute to an environment of superior client service by working collaboratively with attorneys and staff at all levels.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources, as appropriate, to complete projects and tasks.
- Track, monitor, and meet deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling client matters and other attorney-related information.
Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years legal and/or Real Estate administrative support experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with Document Management Systems, such as iManage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.

Pay
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00
