Legal IT Project Coordinator

About the role

The Legal IT Project Coordinator must coordinate department and enterprise level technology projects, provide project status information to management, and participate in improving project management office (PMO) practices, policies, and procedures. The IT Project Coordinator works to support the continuation and evolution of the PMO’s strategic and administrative goals. This position may be posted externally under a market-aligned title to enhance candidate reach. Upon hire, the official title for the role will be IT Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate project activities to help ensure project scope, schedule, and budgets are maintained.
• Create and maintain applicable project artifacts to monitor and track project progress and status.
• Generate reports as necessary for project stakeholders and management.
• Support Legal IT Project Manager activities to ensure technology projects are completed through
• Improve knowledge of project management methods and supporting technology.
