Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of firm-approved generative Al platforms across multiple practice groups.
- Partner with attorneys and business leaders to identify practical Al use cases.
- Develop implementation strategies that increase adoption and improve legal workflows.
- Support Al pilot programs and help scale successful initiatives across the firm.
- Design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Coach attorneys and legal professionals on integrating Al into their daily work.
- Create practical learning materials including: Playbooks, Best practice guides, Checklists, FAQs, Workflow documentation, Internal knowledge resources.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Hands-on experience using legal generative Al tools.
- Experience in one or more of the following: Legal Innovation, Knowledge Management, Legal Operations, Practice Management, Legal Technology, Professional Development.
- Strong understanding of law firm operations, matter management, staffing, and billing.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption without direct authority.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Collaborative, client-focused mindset.
- Work closely with: Practice Group Leaders, Client & Innovation, Information Technology, Knowledge Management, Professional Development, Research Services, Marketing & Business Development, Legal Operations to ensure Al initiatives align with firm strategy and client needs.
- Responsible Al Governance: Promote responsible and ethical Al use throughout the firm. Reinforce confidentiality, professional responsibility, supervision, and client expectations. Support governance frameworks and internal Al policies.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate new legal Al technologies and vendor solutions. Assist with product rollouts and vendor-led training. Monitor adoption metrics, user feedback, and business impact. Recommend workflow improvements based on attorney feedback and usage trends.
