The Adoption Attorney will handle a variety of cases involving family law, including adoption proceedings, guardianship, and related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a passion for helping families navigate legal challenges.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on adoption laws and procedures
• Prepare and file legal documents for adoption proceedings
• Represent clients in court hearings and negotiations
• Provide legal guidance and support throughout the adoption process

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the bar in at least one state
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
