About the role

Legacy of Delano, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Home Health Aide / CNA to join their growing team. The position is available as a CNA, HHA, or Caregiver and offers competitive hourly wages based on experience.

Position

Position: CNA, HHA or Caregiver
Hourly Wage: CNA - $19.00/hour - $24.00/hour, depending on experience / HHA & Caregiver - $17.00/hour - $22.00/hour, depending on experience
Service Area: 1350 Saint Peter Avenue East, Delano, MN 55328
Schedule: Full and part-time available, 3pm-11pm
Option 1, 0.5 FTE - Week 1: Sunday and Friday / Week 2: Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Option 2, 0.8 FTE - Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday / Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday

Position Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Aid in medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
