Legacy of Farmington Senior Living: Caregiver/HHA/CNA (part-time AM/PM)

About the role

Legacy of Farmington Senior Living is a beautiful community located in Farmington, Minnesota, providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. We help seniors Age Magnificently and are seeking HHA/CNAs to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Affirm residents' independence and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Qualifications

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare. Positive, compassionate attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills.

Pay

• HHA: $17.00 - 22.00 hourly
• CNA: $19.00 - $22.00 hourly, depending on experience

Schedule

• Part-time AM hours: 7am-3pm and full-time PM hours: 3pm-11pm
• Option 1, 0.6 FTE AM - Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday / Week 2: Thursday, Friday and Saturday
• Option 2, 0.2 FTE AM - every other Friday
• Option 3, 0.6 FTE PM - Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday / Week 2: Monday and Sunday
