About the role

Chaska Heights, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Caregiver/HHA/CNA (Full Time) to join their growing team. The position is based at 3120 N Chestnut St N, Chaska, MN 55318.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Affirm residents' independence while treating each with respect and dignity.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Requirements

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare, positive, compassionate attitude, and strong customer service and communication skills are also required.

Pay

• CNA - $19.00/hour - $24.00/hour, depending on experience
• HHA & Caregiver - $17.00/hour - $22.00/hour, depending on experience

Schedule

• FTE options available:
• Option 1, 0.7 FTE - Week 1: Monday, Friday and Saturday / Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
• Option 2, 0.2 FTE - every other Saturday and Sunday
