Caregiver / CNA / HHA - Full-Time

Full-time caregiving position with guaranteed 40 hours per week and availability for up to 60 hours per week.

About the role

Provide compassionate care to older adults in their homes across the greater Pittsburgh area. Support includes assistance with personal care, mobility and transfers, companionship, meals, and daily routines.

Responsibilities

• Support new client starts
• Provide urgent shift coverage
• Review and follow care plans

Requirements

• Experience in personal care, dementia, and end-of-life support
• 5+ years of professional caregiving or active CNA, HHA, LPN, RN credentials
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 60 minutes
• Reliability, calm demeanor, and confidence in supporting and guiding other caregivers
• Professionalism, dependability, and flexibility to adapt to changing client needs across diverse home environments

Skills

• Strong communication
• Proficiency with smartphone apps
• Physical ability to assist with transfers and personal care

Pay

$18.00–$20.00 per hour, with weekly pay and mileage reimbursement.
