Caregiver / CNA - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver / CNA for a long-term opportunity with consistent hours. This is an established case with a stable schedule, ideal for someone who values routine and wants to build a meaningful relationship with one client over time. The role offers a 1:1 caregiver-to-client ratio, allowing for meaningful connections with those you care for.

Schedule

• Full-time position with 12-hour shifts (8AM - 8PM)
• 7 days a week available (minimum 3 days required)
• Long-term case with reliable scheduling

Pay

• Competitive pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience and licensing
• Same-day pay available with Tapcheck and/or weekly pay via direct deposit
• Paid travel time between clients and cell phone reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship
• Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns
• Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy—like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting
• Commitment to a minimum of 3, 12-hour shifts per week
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance—must be able to transport clients
• CNA certification preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
