Legacy of Delano, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Home Health Aide / CNA to join their team. Located off Highway 12 in Delano, near Coborn's, Legacy of Delano offers 51 units across Assistant Living, Independent, and Memory Care Apartments.

Shifts Available

• Part-Time AM (7a-3p)
• Part Time PM (3p-11p)

CNA Wage

• $19.00-$24.00 wage is based on experience

HHA Wage

• $17.00-$22.00 wage is based on experience

Qualifications

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

About the Role

Our CNA's and HHA's become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• Caring for residents with their personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
• Aiding in medication administration.
