Qualifications

• Required
  • Earned Master’s degree in an appropriate field for the course
  • Knowledge of interdisciplinary environmental studies
  • Successful college-level teaching experience
• Preferred
  • Earned PhD or ABD in an appropriate field
  • Evidence of college-level teaching effectiveness in interdisciplinary environmental studies

Position Details

This is a lecturer (temporary) position filled on an as-needed basis.

First review of applications occurs annually on April 1st; early submission is encouraged.

Pay

Monthly base salaries are prorated to the number of units worked and paid in six monthly payments per semester. Appointees are typically placed at the beginning of the range.

• Lecturer A: $5,507 – $6,677 per month
• Lecturer B: $6,221 – $13,224 per month
• Lecturer C: $6,825 – $14,523 per month
