About the role
Greystar is a leading real estate platform offering property management, investment management, development, and construction services in institutional-quality rental housing. This role involves performing all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community's revenue and occupancy goals.
Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, credit screen, and perform criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-ins, and address any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
- Stay informed about market and competitor conditions, develop and implement marketing plans, and follow policies related to concessions, specials, and other programs to boost occupancy.
- Create and execute marketing activities, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, using internet marketing tools, and following community-specific marketing plans.
- Track apartment availability, record leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and ensure the community and show units meet show quality standards.
- Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction, respond to resident concerns, and take prompt action to solve problems.
- Prepare lease renewal letters and packages, meet with renewing residents, and ensure lease renewal documents are signed and implemented on time.
Requirements
Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions and a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
Physical Demands
- Stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
- Work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
- Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
- Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed.
- Work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay
The hourly range for this position is $22- $24.
