Lease Admin Analyst (Telecommunications)
About The Role
The primary goal of a Lease Admin Analyst is to address and resolve any issue arising from an action or inaction by any party associated with the leases they administer and to ensure that the rights granted to all parties of a lease are upheld. The ideal candidate will have a background in and understanding of the telecommunications industry and cell site lease entitlements. This job is a part of the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services.
What You’ll Do
- Resolving, negotiating, and papering Settlement Agreements associated with cell site access issues
- Claims of property damage
- Reconciling utility usage
- Addressing power outages resulting from both utility issues and deliberate actions
- Trespass and encroachment claims
- Risks associated with bankruptcies and foreclosures
- Evictions
- Condemnation actions.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Candidate should be comfortable with discussing issues directly with the client, landlord, and 3rd parties.
- Candidate should demonstrate ability to adapt to frequent process changes, with a flexible and solutions-oriented approach.
- Candidate should be capable of quickly learning new procedures and implementing changes efficiently.
- Candidate should have the ability to effectively navigate and utilize multiple systems and tools to perform job functions.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word) required.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Pay
The minimum salary for the Lease Admin Analyst position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $75,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
