About the role
Manage and execute learning and development programs that support workforce effectiveness and business operations across the Carbon Structural Group nationwide network of companies. This role delivers practical, high-quality training programs, ensures consistent execution across locations, and supports leaders and employees with tools and training needed to perform effectively.
Responsibilities
- Execute and deliver training programs aligned to business needs and priorities.
- Facilitate training sessions through in-person, virtual, and blended formats, ensuring training is practical, engaging, and applicable to day-to-day roles.
- Support development and continuous improvement of training content, updating materials to reflect current processes, tools, and business needs.
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate operational knowledge into training.
- Manage training schedules, calendars, and logistics, supporting rollout of new initiatives, systems, and processes.
- Ensure consistent training execution across multiple branch locations.
- Maintain training records in the Learning Management System (LMS), tracking participation, completion, and engagement.
- Generate reports on training activity and progress.
- Monitor completion of required training programs and follow up with employees and managers on outstanding training.
- Support alignment with safety, operational, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with Operations and Sales teams to support training needs and reinforce consistency in processes and execution.
