Learning and Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training and development programs across our global organization. This role plays a critical part in building organizational capability, developing talent, and aligning learning initiatives with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational learning needs and develop tailored training programs
• Design and deliver high-quality training sessions and workshops
• Collaborate with leaders to identify and address skill gaps
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous learning and development
• Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven improvements
• Partner with HR and other departments to integrate learning into business processes
• Support talent development through coaching and mentoring programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing training programs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
• Experience working in a global or multinational organization
• Knowledge of industry best practices in L&D
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
