About the role

Responsible for assisting direct supervisors with daily tasks to meet production, quality, and safety demands.

Responsibilities

• Help support associates to meet production goals.
• Help support supervisors to keep production flowing.
• Fill in for jobs that need additional help.
• Help monitor quality throughout the facility.
• Coordinate with associates on special projects moving throughout the facility.
• Keep a sharp focus on any safety issues and correct.
• May perform other duties and tasks as directed by your supervisor.

Skills

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of leadperson or supervisory experience.
