Lead Used Vehicle Buyer (Multi-Store, High Autonomy, High Income)

The Opportunity

You will work alongside General Managers with existing inventories while controlling your buying decisions and building the inventory you believe in.

You will lead used vehicle acquisition across:

• 5 Louisiana dealerships in Lafayette, Opelousas, and Alexandria
• 1 dealership in El Paso, TX
• 1 dealership in Las Cruces, NM

Compensation

This is a high-impact performance-based role that dramatically shapes the success of our group, and your pay will reflect that. Compensation is tied directly to the performance of the vehicles you buy, and the right top performer can earn significant income in this role.

What You’ll Do

• Buy vehicles daily using vAuto as your guide and live market data
• Build inventory across multiple markets based on opportunity
• Increase acquisition volume with confidence and speed
• Manage inventory quality and adjust quickly when needed
• Make decisions independently and stand behind them

Qualifications

• Experience in used vehicle buying or high-level appraising
