Lead the Team RN Medical Administrator

About the role

This position serves as the RN Medical Team Administrator at the Boone County Jail. You will lead a dedicated team, drive quality patient care, and enjoy a predictable weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for medical operations
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall jail health outcomes
• Provide clinical guidance and support to the medical staff
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and accreditation requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Current RN license in the state of Indiana
• At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in correctional facilities
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a medical team
• Knowledge of correctional healthcare practices

Pay

The pay range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 annually, depending on experience.
