Lead the Team RN Medical Administrator

About the role

This position serves as the RN Medical Team Administrator at the Boone County Jail. You will lead a dedicated team, drive quality patient care, and enjoy a predictable weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with correctional staff to enhance inmate health and safety
• Provide clinical guidance and support to the medical team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
• At least 5 years of experience in a correctional healthcare setting
• Experience in supervising a healthcare team
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
