About the role
The Lead Staffing Coordinator (Centralized Staffing Office) functions as a resource in the centralized staffing office, providing oversight, coordination, and operational support to ensure effective workforce deployment within the specific sites to which they are assigned. This role supports consistency, compliance, and efficiency of staffing practices by guiding processes, facilitating real-time operational decision-making, and collaborating with leadership.
Responsibilities
- Supports consistency, compliance, and efficiency of staffing practices by guiding processes, facilitating real-time operational decision-making, and collaborating with leadership.
- Appropriately plans and creates staff schedules in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement, and current federal and state labor laws/regulations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience with workforce coordination, staffing management, and/or in a healthcare environment required.
- Prior experience with labor unions, payroll practices and labor law preferred.
