Responsibilities

• Bake cakes, desserts, and perform cake decorating tasks.
• Be familiar with various cake textures including stone, horizontal, stucco, wedding dots, and palette.
• Have a working knowledge of food coloring, fondant, edible images, and cake design.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent, culinary degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of cake decorating experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Part-time position with flexible scheduling based on wedding season demand.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to carry 50 lbs.
• Pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license.
