Internal Medicine Specialists
Internal Medicine Specialists is located in Town & Country, MO on the campus of Missouri Baptist Medical Center and focuses on Internal Medicine and Geriatrics.
Responsibilities
- Manages inventory and tracking of medications and supplies.
- Serves as an experienced role model within the practice supporting compliance, providing cross-training, following practice protocols and performing procedures within the practice.
- Ensures practice is in compliance with OSHA and all protocols/procedures in the delivery of patient care.
- Serves as MA clinical subject matter expert to assist practice management in oversight of coverage and daily patient operations.
- Makes sure MA required training and certification records are up-to-date and everyone is compliant with HR.
- Monitors incoming escalated patient requests and performs triage.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 2-5 years supervisor experience.
- Licenses & Certifications: Cert/Reg in Area of Expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 5-10 years supervisor experience.
- Licenses & Certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
