Lead Medical Assistant - Internal Medicine
Responsibilities
Oversees departments activities, staffing and problems to facilitate a conducive working environment.
Affords assistance to the Operations department with interviewing, hiring, evaluating and disciplining of assigned personnel.
Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- Graduate from an accredited school of medical assistance
- Three years of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting with medical supervisor experience
- Current BCLS certificate
- Knowledge of ICD9, CPT, Coding, Medical Terminology preferred
