Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome patients and prepare them for their visit.
• Answer care-related questions thoughtfully.
• Support hands-on patient care during procedures.
• Capture detailed visit notes and fulfill prescription orders.
• Ensure appointments are smooth and complete.
• Stay on top of supplies, maintain equipment, and manage the flow of exam rooms.
• Find creative ways to work smarter and more efficiently.
• Jump in to help, keep things organized, and contribute to a positive, supportive environment.

Qualifications/Experience

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of a state-approved Medical Assistant program.
• Extensive experience may be considered if not required by state law.
