Primary functions
- Providing outstanding service excellence
- Assisting Spa Director in the generation and enhancement of revenue
- Establishing and maintaining smooth and consistent flow of general spa operations
- Retail store, inventory, and training
- Manage opening/closing duties; Delegation to staff in maintaining company and operational standards
- Recruitment, training, staffing, scheduling
Satisfactory requirements
- Satisfactory attendance and job performance history
- Experience working with a Point of Sale (Book4Time knowledge desirable)
- Answering phones in a customer service environment
- Preferable supervisory experience in a high-volume customer service focused environment
- Spa/Salon experiences a plus
- Technical or Administrative Knowledge: Computer literate with good typing skills. Microsoft Office 365 mail, calendar word, excel experience. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
