Lead Massage Therapist

Responsibilities

• Lead the massage therapy team to ensure a five-star luxury experience for all spa guests.
• Administer professional massage and body treatments to our guests.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities and be willing to train in our spa’s specific massage and body treatment offerings.
• Possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests.
• Hold and maintain a current state license.

Qualifications

• Current Massage License in the State of Florida.
• Agree to be listed as the DEM, Designated Massage Establishment Manager for the State of Florida.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate a professional, effective demeanor and maintain standards of excellence in guest service.
• Display the ability to work with a variety of people, remain calm and professional during stressful situations, and analyze and resolve guest and/or staff-related problems.
