Responsibilities
- Customize massage services for each guest
- Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Gua Sha
- Promotion of the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy
- Build relationships with your guests to help them meet their self-care goals
Qualifications
- Current TX state license to perform massage therapy
- Must have liability insurance
- Pass background checks
- Capable of performing full-body 30, 50, or 80-minute massage services
- Thrives in team environments
- Professional, compassionate, and committed to guest care
Pay
Compensation: Avg. including gratuity $42.00 - $60 per hour (competitive compensation with tips, commission, and bonuses)
Schedule
Schedule: Days 9am-3pm, Nights 3pm-9pm, Weekend shifts (consistent & flexible schedules)
