About the role

As a Marketing Coordinator Lead, you'll assist in creating memorable vacation experiences for our Owners and guests. You'll also contribute to the team's success and maintain high standards of guest service.

Responsibilities

• Acts as team lead and assists with scheduling needs
• Provides feedback to managers regarding individual performances and recommends additional training
• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
• Exceeds budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
• Ensures all Owners and guests meeting eligibility requirements and interested in learning more about products and services
• Uses persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty

Requirements

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience
• Enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone
• Flexible schedule available to work weekends and holidays
• Concierge, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
