Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of HVAC installation experience in residential and/or commercial settings
- Proven ability to lead projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, electrical wiring, refrigeration, and plumbing connections
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and installation drawings
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification preferred
- Previous service experience is a plus
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Personal hand tools appropriate for the trade
- Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company and industry standards.
- Leading residential and light-commercial HVAC installation projects
- Reviewing plans and specifications prior to installation
- Installing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ventilation equipment, ductwork, refrigeration components, and related systems
- Installing and connecting HVAC controls, wiring, piping, and related accessories
- Ensuring installations comply with manufacturer specifications and applicable codes
- Performing equipment startup, testing, and system verification
- Maintaining accurate job documentation and project paperwork
- Communicating effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members
- Upholding a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Providing guidance and mentorship to less-experienced installers when needed

Compensation
$30.00 - $38.00 per hour
