The Opportunity
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll install various heating and cooling systems in residential, commercial, and government settings. The role requires strong skills and attention to detail, and you'll be valued for your contributions.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, RTUs, mini-splits, and ductwork.
- Connect electrical, refrigerant, gas, and duct systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork, fittings, and transitions.
- Work closely with project managers, team members, and other trades to ensure safety, efficiency, and timely project completion.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Lead HVAC installation experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, controls, and installation best practices.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay
$30 - $45 per hour
Sign-on bonus of $5,000 - $10,000 based on experience.
