The Opportunity

As a Lead Commercial HVAC Installer, you'll install various types of heating and cooling systems in residential, commercial, and government settings. This role requires a skilled installer who takes pride in their work and is respected by clients.

Responsibilities

  • Install HVAC equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, RTUs, mini-splits, and ductwork.
  • Connect electrical, refrigerant, gas, and duct systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork, fittings, and transitions.
  • Work closely with project managers, team members, and other trades to ensure safety, efficiency, and timely project completion.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Lead HVAC installation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, controls, and installation best practices.
  • Valid driver's license.
