Requirements

• Strong work ethic
• Ability to closely follow relevant policies and specifications
• Heating and air conditioning experience (preferred but not required)
• EPA Type II license (a huge bonus)
• High school diploma or equivalent (beneficial)

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial HVAC installations, including heating and air conditioning systems and ductwork
• Maintain professional relationships with your team to ensure seamless execution of each installation
• Inspire your team to deliver high-quality work and take pride in their efforts
• Provide constructive feedback and advice to team members
• Ensure client satisfaction by helping them feel more comfortable in their homes and businesses

Schedule

8- to 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
