Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively follow up on new leads via phone, text, and email to convert inquiries into booked appointments and memberships
  • Confidently present and sell The Lash Lounge® membership options and retail products
  • Track, manage, and nurture leads through the CRM system
  • Maintain accurate guest records, memberships, and payments
  • Serve as the lead and role model for front desk associates, setting expectations around sales, service, and professionalism
  • Assist in training and coaching front desk staff on scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques
  • Support daily front desk operations including scheduling, check-in/check-out, and guest flow
  • Create a welcoming, luxury experience for every guest—both in person and over the phone
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, front desk, hospitality, or customer service (membership-based spa/salon experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to sell memberships, packages, or recurring services
  • Strong phone presence and confidence handling objections
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to coach and motivate others
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with goals and metrics
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
