Role Summary
As a Lead Client Partner at Pinterest, you will build and grow relationships with strategic and large Pharma advertisers. Your responsibilities include meeting performance targets, developing new business, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, and resolving specific customer issues. You will drive value for Pinners and foster long-term client success.
What You'll Do
- Retain and grow partner relationships, driving Pinterest revenue with Pharma advertisers.
- Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, C-suite, and key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Demonstrate leadership and a deep understanding of client business goals and industry trends.
- Develop tailored media strategies to drive Pinterest ads.
- Collaborate internally with cross-functional stakeholders to position Pinterest as a key platform.
- Highlight ad performance and impact and identify new growth opportunities to expand client partnerships.
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of proven experience building long-term partnerships and successful negotiations.
- Previous experience working with Pharma or Healthcare clients is preferred.
- Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders.
- An analytical thinker with the ability to turn data and trends into clear strategies for growth.
- A track record of meeting revenue goals and fostering ongoing partnership growth.
- Success working in fast-paced, collaborative, and high-performance environments.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, SaaS Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- An AI Enthusiast demonstrating a strong curiosity for and practical application of AI to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and elevate client communications, presentations, and recommendations.
- Uses AI thoughtfully across account strategy and sales motions to uncover insights, sharpen strategic narratives, and show up as a strong, trusted advisor while maintaining sound judgment and a high bar for quality.
In-Office Requirement Statement
This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our New York, NY office.
Relocation Statement

Pay
$119,489—$209,106 USD
