Strategic Client Partner - Pharma
Qualifications
- Pharma and client leadership experience: Significant experience leading and growing strategic client relationships within Pharma, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics, commercial priorities, and the challenges shaping digital transformation.
- Executive relationship credibility: A proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders, translating client priorities into strategic opportunities and long-term partnerships.
- Commercial growth mindset: A track record of growing complex accounts through consultative selling, opportunity shaping, and expansion into new buying centers, services, or business lines.
- Strategic account leadership: Experience developing and executing multi-year account strategies that balance client value creation, revenue growth, and long-term relationship health.
- Cross-functional leadership: The ability to align senior leaders across strategy, consulting, experience, data, and engineering to bring forward integrated solutions that solve complex client challenges.
- Industry insight and point of view: Strong market awareness and the ability to bring forward-looking ideas, trends, and perspectives that help clients navigate change and make confident decisions.
- Executive presence and communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to lead high-stakes conversations, shape proposals, and represent Publicis Sapient with credibility in the market.
- Collaborative, growth-oriented leadership: A client-first, highly collaborative approach combined with the judgment, energy, and accountability required to lead in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Additional Information
Pay Range: $220,000 - $280,000 base pay + bonus
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and overall experience.
