About the role
The L&G Department Manager oversees all aspects of lawn and garden services, ensuring high-quality maintenance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of lawn and garden services
- Manage staff and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Develop and implement service plans to meet customer needs
- Monitor performance metrics and make adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, landscaping, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lawn and garden management
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
