Lawn Care Branch Manager
About the role
A Naturescape Branch Manager enjoys a variety of responsibilities, and no two days are often the same. As a branch manager, you will strategically divide your time between maximizing your branch's production in the field, increasing sales, and developing your employees.
Responsibilities
- Meet with your branch employees on a weekly basis as a group to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods.
- Spend time with your specialists individually, training and guiding them to excellence.
- Guide and direct your administrative assistants, ensuring they can offer customers the highest level of service and education.
- Work to help your specialists maintain efficient routes, and use the wealth of data at your disposal to strategize, make the most efficient use of your specialists' time, and keep your branch's services on schedule.
- Be in contact with customers yourself, helping to resolve concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
- Drive your branch forward by auditing the work of your specialists and meeting with customers to discuss concerns, as well as performing services for customers yourself.
- Regularly assess the needs of your branch, taking initiative to make the best choice for your employees and your customers.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Motivated with a desire to learn
- Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus
