Lawn Care Branch Manager
About the role
Naturescape is seeking a Branch Manager in Greenfield, SC to lead a growing branch. The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term career in lawn and landscape care with a stable, family-owned business.
Responsibilities
- Strategically divide time between maximizing branch production, increasing sales, and developing employees
- Meet weekly with branch employees to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods
- Train and guide specialists individually, from new hires to veterans
- Guide and direct administrative assistants to ensure they offer the highest level of customer service and education
- Audit specialists' work and meet with customers to discuss concerns
- Drive the branch forward by performing services for customers yourself
- Audit specialists' work and make decisions to improve the branch
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Motivated with a desire to learn
- Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus
Qualifications
- No prior lawn care or landscape experience is required
- We provide paid training

- Starting salary of $49,920/year, with potential raises, overtime, and bonus potential based on performance
