Lawn Care Branch Manager

About the role

Naturescape is seeking a Branch Manager in Davenport, IA to lead a developing branch towards continued growth and success. This position offers a full-time, flexible schedule, work indoors and out, paid training, a 401k with a 200% company match, and a range of benefits including health insurance, HRA, supplemental insurance, PTO, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Strategically divide time between maximizing branch production, increasing sales, and developing employees
• Meet weekly with branch employees to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods
• Train and guide specialists individually to excellence
• Ensure administrative assistants offer the highest level of service and education
• Audit specialists' work and meet with customers to discuss concerns
• Drive the branch forward by assessing needs and making the best choices for both employees and customers

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus

Qualifications

• No previous lawn care or landscape experience is required and training is provided
• Passionate about the outdoors and helping people
