About the role

The Texas A&M School of Law is seeking a Law School Recruiter to support the admissions department.

Responsibilities

• Represent the School of Law at local, state, and national events.
• Operate a vehicle to perform duties.
• Counsel prospective students (in person, by telephone, and through email) regarding the admissions process and the program of study.
• Conduct follow-up contacts with prospective students.
• Manipulate, analyze, and interpret current, historical, and comparative data to produce reports, inform decisions, and guide actions.
• Provide verbal and/or written activity updates for events attended.
• Avoid non-compliance with federal, state, institutional, and accrediting agency policies and procedures.

Requirements

• No prior experience required.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Texas Class “C” driver’s license within 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law.
• Must be personable, energetic, and capable of articulating their experiences at TAMU Law in a positive manner.
• Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.

Schedule

Temporary position that will work from August to November. May require nights, weekends, or overnight travel.
