About the role
The Texas A&M School of Law is seeking a Law School Recruiter to support the admissions department.
Responsibilities
- Represent the School of Law at local, state, and national events.
- Operate a vehicle to perform duties.
- Counsel prospective students (in person, by telephone, and through e-mail) regarding the admissions process and the program of study.
- Conduct follow-up contacts with prospective students.
- Manipulate, analyze, and interpret current, historical, and comparative data to produce reports, inform decisions, and guide actions.
- Provide verbal and/or written activity updates for events attended.
- Avoid non-compliance with federal, state, institutional, and accrediting agency policies and procedures.
Requirements
- No prior experience required.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Texas Class “C” driver’s license within 30 days of employment.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Texas driver’s license.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law.
- Personable, energetic, and capable of articulating experiences at TAMU Law positively.
- Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
