What You'll Do
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle - sourcing, qualifying, and closing, across multiple concurrent searches spanning technical and go-to-market roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like, build structured interview processes, and sharpen how we position Middesk in a competitive talent market
- Ensure a consistent, fair, and engaging candidate experience that demonstrates our values and why Middesk is a great place to work
- Help evolve our recruiting systems, tooling, and process as we scale
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience, preferably with exposure to both technical and business roles
- Curiosity and the ability to quickly learn and credibly recruit new profiles of talent
- A high ownership and the drive to succeed in an ambitious, fast-paced environment
- Communication and collaboration skills to earn trust with both hiring teams and candidates
- A proactive use of the AI-enabled recruiting tech stack, with a focus on continuous improvement
- A team-first mindset and a positive attitude; no task is too big or too small
Requirements
This is a hybrid role requiring 2+ days per week in our SF office.
