Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruiting activity for a fast-paced hiring project supporting multiple retail locations nationwide.
- Expand candidate pipelines by identifying and developing new community-based and online recruiting channels.
- Create, refresh, and manage job advertisements across LinkedIn and other relevant employment platforms to improve applicant flow.
- Build outreach relationships with organizations such as beauty schools and other local talent sources to attract candidates with experience in relevant roles.
- Persistently source candidates for retail sales positions, including beauty, spirits, wine, and tobacco-related roles.
- Partner with HR representatives at individual locations to align recruiting efforts with store-specific staffing priorities.
- Maintain monitoring of recruiting activity and adjust outreach strategies to increase response rates and application volume.
- Participate in occasional visits to the Torrance, California office while primarily working in a remote capacity.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting for retail, sales, or high-volume hiring environments.
- Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies that increase candidate volume and improve talent reach.
- Strong knowledge of online job posting practices and candidate attraction methods.
- Comfortable building relationships with external community organizations and local recruiting sources.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed HR stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities across different locations at the same time.
- Background in Human Resources administration or recruiting operations.
- 3-5 years of sourcing specifically TalentMatch® experience.
Qualifications
- Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
