Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting activity for a fast-paced hiring project supporting multiple retail locations nationwide.
  • Expand candidate pipelines by identifying and developing new community-based and online recruiting channels.
  • Create, refresh, and manage job advertisements across LinkedIn and other relevant employment platforms to improve applicant flow.
  • Build outreach relationships with organizations such as beauty schools and other local talent sources to attract candidates with experience in relevant roles.
  • Persistently source candidates for retail sales positions, including beauty, spirits, wine, and tobacco-related roles.
  • Partner with HR representatives at individual locations to align recruiting efforts with store-specific staffing priorities.
  • Maintain monitoring of recruiting activity and adjust outreach strategies to increase response rates and application volume.
  • Participate in occasional visits to the Torrance, California office while primarily working in a remote capacity.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting for retail, sales, or high-volume hiring environments.
  • Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies that increase candidate volume and improve talent reach.
  • Strong knowledge of online job posting practices and candidate attraction methods.
  • Comfortable building relationships with external community organizations and local recruiting sources.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed HR stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities across different locations at the same time.
  • Background in Human Resources administration or recruiting operations.
  • 3-5 years of sourcing specifically TalentMatch® experience.

Qualifications

  • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
