Law Firm Associate or Of Counsel Attorney (Commercial Transactions)
About the role
Are you an associate or counsel-level attorney interested in making a move to a collegial, growing practice group at a large-but-not-too-large Atlanta-based law firm where everyone would know your name, you would be supported and have growth opportunities?
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in commercial construction transactions and/or commercial contracting for power, energy and/or industrial clients
- Experience drafting, reviewing, red-lining and negotiating agreements and managing RFP processes
- Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Licensed to practice law in Georgia
- Outstanding professional references
Requirements
- 3+ years of law firm experience with an Am Law, leading regional or boutique firm
- Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
