We are seeking a Commercial Transactions Associate Attorney with a proven background in M&A and Commercial Transactions to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents
• Assisting in negotiations and closing deals
• Managing client relationships and providing legal advice

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York Bar and active license to practice
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, or a related field
