What You Need To Be Successful

• No landscaping experience required—full training provided.
• Willingness to learn how to safely use landscaping tools and equipment.
• Able to follow instructions and work safely around equipment and outdoor environments.
• Able to work as part of a team and communicate respectfully with coworkers and supervisors.
• Dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Able to complete tasks such as debris removal, edging, or cleanup.
• Valid Real ID.
• Able to obtain and maintain government base access.

Physical & Environmental Demands

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Repeat motions such as raking, shoveling, trimming, and pushing landscaping equipment.
• Navigate uneven terrain, slopes, and potentially slippery or muddy surfaces.
• May require wearing personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, and boots.
