Landscaping Laborer

About the role

Responsibilities

• Mowing large lawn areas, edging sidewalks and driveways, and trimming around trees, fences, and other hard-to-reach spots.
• Weeding flower beds, pruning shrubs and small trees, laying mulch, or planting seasonal flowers.
• Blowing off walkways, clearing debris, and making sure everything looks polished.
• Loading and unloading the truck with tools and equipment.
• Communicating any site notes or equipment issues to your crew leader.
• Helping unload, clean up, and prepare for the next day's work.

Requirements

• No prior landscaping experience required—full training will be provided.
• Ability to safely use landscaping tools and equipment.
• Able to follow instructions and work safely around equipment and outdoor environments.
• Able to work as part of a team and communicate respectfully with coworkers and supervisors.
• Dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail when completing tasks such as debris removal, edging, or cleanup.

Qualifications

• Valid Real ID.
• Able to obtain and maintain government base access.

Pay

Compensation for this role is determined in good faith and based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, education, and internal equity, in accordance with applicable law.

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
