Landscaping Laborer
About the role

Responsibilities
- Check in with supervisor and team members each day.
- Review and load up the truck with necessary tools and equipment.
- Mow large lawn areas, edge sidewalks and driveways, and trim around trees, fences, and other hard-to-reach spots.
- Weed flowerbeds, prune shrubs and small trees, lay mulch, or plant seasonal flowers.
- Blow off walkways, clear debris, and ensure the site looks polished.
- Unload, clean up, and prepare for the next day after returning to the office.
Requirements
- No prior landscaping experience required—we provide full training.
- Willingness to learn how to safely use landscaping tools and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely around equipment and outdoor environments.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate respectfully with coworkers and supervisors.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail when completing tasks such as debris removal, edging, or cleanup.
- Valid Real ID.
- Ability to obtain and maintain government base access.
Qualifications
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Requires the ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Involves repetitive motions such as raking, shoveling, trimming, and pushing landscaping equipment.
- Requires sufficient hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle tools and perform detailed tasks.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind.
- May involve exposure to dust, pollen, fertilizers, and other landscaping materials or chemicals.
- Requires visual acuity to inspect work quality, identify hazards, and ensure safety compliance.
- Must be able to hear and respond to verbal instructions, equipment sounds, and environmental cues.
- Requires navigating uneven terrain, slopes, and potentially slippery or muddy surfaces.
- May require wearing personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, and boots.

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00am through 3:30pm (Required to work in inclement weather; Mandatory occasional weekend/night work).
