Landscaping Laborer

A Day in the Life of a Landscaping Crew Member

• Check in with supervisor and team members
• Review and load up the truck with necessary tools and equipment
• Mow large lawn areas, edge sidewalks and driveways, and trim around trees, fences, and other hard-to-reach spots
• Weed flowerbeds, prune shrubs and small trees, lay mulch, or plant seasonal flowers
• Blow off walkways, clear debris, and ensure everything looks polished
• Unload, clean up, and prepare for the next day

What You Need To Be Successful

• No landscaping experience required - we provide full training
• Willingness to learn how to safely use landscaping tools and equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely around equipment and outdoor environments
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate respectfully with coworkers and supervisors
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail when completing tasks such as debris removal, edging, or cleanup
• Valid Real ID
• Ability to obtain and maintain government base access
