Landscape Project Manager

About the role

Yardscapes Inc is looking to add an Additional Project Manager to our team. We are a 52-year-old company that services high-end projects throughout the Twin Cites Metro area. This Position is a key role between the Designer, Installation Crew, and client.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish, coordinating with the Designer, Installation Crew, and clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and installation crews.
• Use computer skills to manage project flow, schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Layout of projects, ordering materials for each site, scheduling delivery of materials, following up and monitoring completed projects, accessing any warranty needs, and minimal winter services.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years management experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License (CDL Preferred) with a clean driving record.
• Landscape Construction Experience.
• Knowledge of: Hardscapes, Masonry, Swimming Pools, Softscapes, Irrigation, Low Voltage Lighting, Carpentry.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Experience with landscape construction techniques.
